I have 3 pairs of love birds and I am planning to purchase another 2 pairs next month. I think I am also going to buy a larger cage so so that they will have more space to fly around. I own 5 pairs of lovebirds and I put them together in only one cage. But in order that they could freely spread their wings and fly even for a very short time, I make sure that their cage is big enough for them. They are always playing around their cage so I can really say that they like the size of their cage.

I am having a problem with my birds. There are ants that are just going everywhere. I clean all the time but the ants just keep coming. I seal their food but the food and water dishes are filled with them. They don’t all know how to eat or drink out of sealed food feeder and water bottles, so I need a safe way to get rid of this ant problem.

You need to put them in large cages made of of metal not of wood. They have sharp beaks and claws that can destroy weak cages. I enjoy being the owner of those love cockatoos. Keep writing. =)
